Budget choice: Get this open-source "what you see is what you get" html editor

It is a "what you see is what you get" editor that allows you to create pages without knowing html code. I created a video showing my screen as I setup the connection with a web server and made changes to a page and then uploaded again to the web server. I use Camtasia Studio to create it. It was my second one, so it probably needs some polishing up. But, I think you will be able to see how things work.
